Our commitment to you

You may return most items sold by OCFireStore.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

• We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Items such as socks, undergarments, bathing suits and the like are not returnable, unless the item is shown to be defective.
  • Any apparel that has obvious signs of use.
